Registered Dental Hygienist (Temp-to-Hire)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in a temp-to-hire opportunity beginning June 29th. This position is expected to last approximately 3 months, with strong potential to transition into a permanent full-time role for the right candidate.

Our office is looking for someone who is patient-focused, dependable, and committed to providing excellent clinical care while creating a positive experience for every patient.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm


• Every other Friday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm


• Fridays are optional

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental hygiene care and periodontal therapy


• Perform dental cleanings, charting, and patient assessments


• Take digital x-rays as needed


• Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment recommendations


• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes


• Support the doctor and team in delivering exceptional patient care


• Follow all OSHA and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license


• Current local anesthesia certification (if applicable by state)


• CPR certification


• Strong communication and patient care skills


• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment


• Experience with digital charts and x-rays preferred
