Salary :
$29 - 45 hourly
Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. Operate with independence and professionalism, adhering to infection control and universal precautions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on patient care as directed by physicians
Record vitals and monitor patient conditions
Administer medications and implement care plans
Lead and collaborate with unit staff
Support readiness for HFAP surveys
Participate in patient rounds
Qualifications:
RN (ADN or BSN) with active Ohio license
Current CPR (or within 30 days of hire)
ACLS (or within 1 year of hire)
