• Will go to 5-6 patients and conduct charting and patient assessments.
• Specializes in the management of resource utilization by promoting efficient, effective service and identifying barriers preventing reimbursement and/or efficient care delivery. 

- Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

- Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience required with home health experience preferred

- Reliable transportation
