Aacres was founded in 1974 on the philosophy of providing individualized community support for people with developmental disabilities.  Our belief is that our clients can live in and contribute to the community when provided appropriate support.

Meet with clients each month to assess and monitor health status  

Document all monthly visits with individuals

Review medications and medication logs

Provide training and support to agency staff

Other duties as assigned 

Registered Nurse Certification

Experience in supporting individuals with behavioral, developmental, and emotional difficulties 

Clean Criminal Background Check

Candidates must possess valid CA driver's license and a good driving record

Effective communication skills both written and verbal

Demonstrates effective critical thinking and problem solving skills

Demonstrates the ability to establish a therapeutic rapport
