Westside Surgical Center is an ambulatory surgery center located in Cincinnati, Ohio. With two operating rooms, and four procedure rooms, the center provides high-quality, cost-effective outpatient procedural care primarily for GI, Endoscopies, and Ophthalmologic care.

Owned and operated in partnership with BSMH, Gastro Health, and Compass Surgical Partners, the Westside Center combines advanced technology with compassionate, patient-centered care in a convenient setting.

Role Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) supports pre-op, procedures, PACU, and stepdown patient care. This position is responsible for assessing patients, delivering individualized nursing care, monitoring recovery, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient procedures and optimal outcomes.
Hours:
• Full-time Monday-Friday; hours between 6:00am- 5:00pm
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or call

What You’ll Do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in perioperative settings

• Monitor patient status and respond to changes during before, during, and after procedures

• Document accurately and communicate effectively with team members and patients

• Maintain sterile environments and adhere to safety protocols

• Support patient education and post-op instructions

What You’ll Bring

• Graduate of an accredited RN program

• Current RN license (unencumbered)

• Pre-op/PACU experience preferred

• Current BLS (ACLS required within 6 months)

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Compensation:

• The actual hourly rate offered will be based on experience, education, and relevant background.
