Registered Nurse Admissions RN Qualifications:

• 1 year of prior skilled nursing experience is required.
• Be able to support the interdisciplinary team by providing education, assessment documentation, and initial contact to patients and families being admitted to Hospice or Palliative Care.
• An active unencumbered state RN license.
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation. and auto liability coverage.
• CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, and a copy of an updated physical.
• Hospice or Home Health experience is required.

Registered Nurse Admissions RN Available Schedules & Benefits:

• Schedules: Tuesday to Saturday, 1:00pm - 9:30pm or Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm
• No mandatory on-call required.
