Rate: $28.90 - $41.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift Type: Varied

Sign-On Bonus: $8,000 - $12,000

Shift Differentials:

• 7am-3pm (Sat & Sun): $1.25/hour
• 3pm-11pm (Mon-Thu): $2.00/hour
• 3pm-11pm (Fri-Sun): $3.00/hour
• 11pm-7am (Mon-Thu): $4.00/hour
• 11pm-7am (Fri-Sun): $5.00/hour

Available Shifts:

• Youth Population: FT Nights (32 & 36 hours), FT Evenings (32 hours)
• High Acuity Adult Population: FT Days (36 hours), FT Evenings (32 hours), FT Nights (36 hours)
• Older Adult Population: FT Evenings (32 hours), FT Nights (32 hours)

Job Overview:

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate, person-centered care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans, provide direct nursing care, and oversee licensed and non-licensed staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assess care needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate nursing care.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
• Document, report, and verify patient information according to policies.
• Monitor and report safety risks and adverse outcomes.
• Serve as a clinical leader, promoting team development and resource optimization.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold organizational values.
