Deliver comprehensive nursing care by following established clinical protocols to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient well-being.
Implement and monitor individualized care plans to actively track patient progress and dynamically adjust interventions based on evolving clinical needs.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care teams as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication across specialties for a holistic patient experience.
Execute physician and nursing orders with precision and efficiency, maintaining accurate documentation of the patient's care journey to ensure high-quality records.
Lead collaborative discharge planning alongside the healthcare team to guarantee safe, smooth transitions and continuous support for patients returning home.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Education:
Clinical Foundation: Minimum of one year of inpatient or outpatient clinic nursing experience, with preferred proficiency in the Athena electronic health record (EHR) system.
Administrative Core: Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end prior authorization process and navigating medical necessity appeals.
