Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

As an RN with Interim HealthCare, you’ll have the opportunity to provide personalized, skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes while working alongside a supportive healthcare team.

❤️ RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Provide skilled nursing care according to the patient’s individualized plan of care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and ongoing care
• Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and other members of the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Recognize and report changes in a patient’s condition
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting

❤️ QUALIFICATIONS:
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate
• Ability to work independently in a home care environment
• Home health experience is a PLUS!
