Registered Nurse Home Health - Plymouth MA

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Home Health

Location: Plymouth, MA

Rate: Up to $2,100 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1

Shift: Days, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Contract: 13 weeks

Hours: 40 hours/week

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent adult home health experience or 1 year of hospice experience, depending on specialty
• Recent specialty experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Reliable transportation for daily home visits
• Current driver’s license

Certifications:

• AHA BLS

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and direct home nursing care according to physician orders and agency policies and procedures
• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Complete Start of Care, wound care, follow-up visits, and other home health visits
• Complete required documentation and travel between patient homes
• Attend periodic office meetings as required
