Registered Nurse - ICU - Full -Time | Days | PRN(Nights)

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a well -known hospital in Russellville, AL and we are seeking compassionate and skilled ICU Registered Nurses to join a dedicated critical care team.

Schedule: Full -Time | Days | PRN (Nights)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high -quality, patient -centered care in a critical care setting
  

• Monitor critically ill patients and
  manage life -support equipment
  
• Conduct patient assessments and
  administer IV medications and therapies
  
• Recognize and respond quickly to changes
  in patient condition and emergencies
  
• Maintain accurate, timely
  documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
  
• Adhere to hospital policies,
  patient safety protocols, and quality standards 
  

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Active Alabama RN license
  
• BLS and ACLS required (PALS
  preferred, as applicable)
  
• 1+ year of critical or acute care experience preferred
  
• Acute care or critical care
  experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
