Registered Nurse MedSurg / Telemetry - Concord MA

Job Title: Registered Nurse – MedSurg / Telemetry

Location: Concord, Massachusetts

Rate: Up to $2,400 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1

Shift: Nights, 7p–7a, 3x12s; every other weekend and every other holiday

Contract: 13 weeks

Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license
• 3 years of recent MedSurg/Telemetry experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Strong experience in telemetry and neuro

Certifications:

• BLS

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a MedSurg/Telemetry setting
• Monitor and care for patients requiring telemetry
• Assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Provide care for patients with neurological needs
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
