Registered Nurse Nephrology / Med-Surg

Career Land Center is hiring for a Registered Nurse for a 24-bed combined Nephrology and Med-Surg unit at a 198-bed Level III trauma center in Farmington, NM.

About the role
You will work days caring for 4–6 adult and geriatric patients, including those with ESRD, peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis needs. The unit uses IV pumps, bladder scanners, patient lifts and Cerner. Float coverage across the facility may be required.

Requirements

• ADN or higher with an RN license


• At least 1 year of Med-Surg experience (2 years preferred); 2 years of acute care experience


• Nephrology and charge nurse experience are preferred but not required


• BLS on submission; other certifications can be obtained after hire


• New Mexico or compact licensure is not required to apply, but must be obtained before the start date

Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
