Join Indiana University Health's Community Benefit team in Bloomington as an RN supporting the GROW Initiative, providing comprehensive maternal and infant health services through assessment, education, care coordination, outreach, and referral management for pregnant and postpartum individuals, infants, and women of childbearing age. The RN works in both clinical and community settings, meeting clients where they are to improve engagement and reduce transportation barriers, with services delivered in healthcare facilities, community locations, homes, and other approved settings throughout Orange and Lawrence Counties. Qualified candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, the ability to travel throughout the service area, and strong communication, assessment, care coordination, and patient education skills. Experience in OB, maternal-child health, labor and delivery, postpartum, women's health, pediatrics, community health, community outreach, care coordination, patient navigation, and working with vulnerable or underserved populations is preferred, along with knowledge of maternal health resources, community programs, and social service systems.
