Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Floater Nurse
Location: Conyers, Ga & Surrounding Areas
Assignment Number: 41

Pay: $50.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Mon & Thurs 10:30am-12:30pm (Snellville), Mon-Fri 4:30p-6:30p (Conyers)

Hours: 30+

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes


• Travel to multiple client locations in the Woodstock area


• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage care plans


• Educate patients and families on treatment and wellness


• Collaborate with a supportive and experienced care team

Schedule

• Full-time: 30+ hours per week


• Day shifts (Monday – Friday)


• Every other weekend required

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license


• Willingness to travel between client homes


• Strong clinical and organizational skills


• Compassionate, patient-focused approach


• Home health experience is a plus, but not required
