Registered Nurse (RN) 5000 Bonus No On-Call

Harmony Gardens Assisted Living is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in our new building in Maplewood, MN. Assisted Living experience preferred! We are also offering a $5,000 Bonus! 

This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position available working a varied schedule. No Weekends and No On-Call!

Shift: Day (AM) 7:00am - 3:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm - Your Preference! 

Pay Range: $35.52 to $42.84 / hour

Full-Time is eligible for a $5,000 Bonus. Payout for the bonus will be discussed during the interview.

• Completes assessments according to regulatory schedule of residents to ensure the resident is appropriately placed and needs are being met.
• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Assists with supervision of medication management policy and practice for licensed and unlicensed nursing staff.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Document resident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.

• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN Nursing license.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
