Registered Nurse (RN) and LPN

Unlike other health care environments, in our setting you get a chance to get to know the individual residents and their families during their stay with us, whether they are there for a few weeks or several months. Many individuals come to our facility after an injury or illness and receive therapy and nursing care to help them to heal, recover, strengthen and get back on their feet. Here, our nurses and CNAs work hand-in-hand with the patients and therapy staff to make a difference in individual’s lives.

Summit View of Farragut has evolved to providing more post-acute care to higher-acuity patients, which is the wave of the future for healthcare in our community. Shifts available: *7am-3pm; 3pm-11pm; 11pm-7am; Weekends 7am-7pm and 7pm-7a

Must have an active, unrestricted LPN or RN license in the state of Tennessee
