Registered Nurse (RN) Critical Care / Step -Down Unit

The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading healthcare system to hire Registered Nurses for a high -acuity Critical Care / Step -Down Unit.

This unit cares for a complex patient population including cardiothoracic, post -surgical, and telemetry patients—offering exposure to ICU -level skills in a structured, team -driven environment. 

What You’ll Do:

• Provide care for patients requiring higher acuity monitoring (drips, chest tubes, central lines)
  
• Collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary team in a fast -paced setting
  
• Manage frequent admissions, discharges, and transfers
  
• Deliver patient -centered care with a focus on safety and outcomes
  

What We’re Looking For:

• RN license (WI or compact eligible)
  
• BLS required, ACLS preferred
  
• Open to new grads and experienced nurses
  
• Comfortable in a fast -paced, high -acuity environment
