Territory: Saugus, MA, Melrose, MA, Malden, MA, Everette, MA Chelsea, MA, MA Medford, MA, Lynn, MA Somerville, MA Revere, MA

Pay Range - $45.00 - $50.00 per visit

Type: Per Diem

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes


• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


• Completes and submits OASIS assessments, reassessments, transfers, resumptions of care, discharges and significant change in condition in accordance with Agency defined time frames.

Registered Nurse Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nursing license in Massachusetts


• 1-2 years of experience as an Registered Nurse


• 1 year of experience in home health care required


• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
