What You'll Do
As a Fertility Registered Nurse, you'll serve as a trusted guide for patients throughout their treatment journey by:
Educating patients about fertility treatments, medications, and individualized care plans.
Coordinating IVF and fertility treatment cycles from start to finish.
Teaching medication administration, including injection training.
Triaging patient questions and providing timely follow-up care.
Collaborating closely with physicians, embryology, surgery center, laboratory, and billing teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Reviewing laboratory results and communicating next steps with patients.
Maintaining accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
Administering medications and injections as needed.
Providing compassionate emotional support to patients and their partners during every stage of treatment.
