Registered Nurse (RN) Night & Weekend Shifts

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time healthcare staffing assignments in Dublin, Georgia. These positions will provide direct patient care in a residential and long-term care healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent direct patient care experience, an active and unrestricted RN license, and the ability to work scheduled night and weekend shifts.

This is an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking consistent, full-time hours on a long-term assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care to patients


• Assess and monitor patient conditions and document changes appropriately


• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established procedures


• Develop, implement, and update patient care plans


• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient responses to treatment


• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


• Communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare providers


• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team


• Follow established infection-control, patient-safety, and clinical procedures


• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergency situations


• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare privacy requirements


• Perform other nursing duties within the RN scope of practice as required

Minimum Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license


• Minimum of one (1) year of recent direct patient care experience


• Current required nursing certifications


• Ability to successfully complete required credentialing, background screening, and onboarding requirements


• Ability to work 8-hour night and weekend shifts


• Ability to maintain a consistent 40-hour-per-week schedule


• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills


• Candidates selected to move forward will be required to provide documentation of their RN license and applicable certifications during the credentialing process.

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Nurses will work 8-hour shifts, with coverage primarily during night and weekend hours. Candidates should have reliable availability for the required schedule throughout the assignment.
