Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry

Department: Med Surg Telemetry

Reporting to the Nursing Director, this position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and providing 

high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process.

Minimum Education:
BSN preferred
Must be a Graduate of a nursing program accredited by the NLNAC (National League for Nursing 
Accrediting Commission) or CCNA (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education)

Licenses/Certificates/Credentials:
Must have current unrestricted California RN License prior to start date
Current BLS certification for Health Care Providers (AHA certified) 
Current ACLS certification (AHA certified)
OPTIONAL: CPI certification – Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training
