$38.20 - $57.30The Emergency Department at Atrium Health Navicent Peach serves as a vital component of this critical access hospital located in Byron, Georgia. We are designated as a Pathway to Excellence Facility by the ANCC for demonstrating a commitment to establishing the foundation of a healthy workplace for staff. The facility features a 14-bed emergency department designed to provide prompt and effective care for a wide range of medical emergencies in the community. Our Emergency Department earned the ENA Lantern award in 2025 for demonstrating exceptional and innovative performance in leadership, practice, education, advocacy and research. Nursing to patient ratios in the emergency department are maintained at either 3:1 or 4:1, ensuring that each nurse is responsible for three to four patients at a time. This allows for attentive, personalized care and facilitates timely responses to patient needs.

Atrium Health Navicent Peach has served residents of Peach and the surrounding counties for 60 years, as a designated critical access hospital, Atrium Health Navicent Peach offers a comprehensive range of services designed to meet diverse healthcare needs. The facility features 25 spacious private inpatient rooms, 14 emergency treatment rooms, and an Extended Care Program for rehabilitation and swing-bed services. Modern surgical capabilities include a state-of-the-art orthopedic-sized operating room, dedicated surgical services, and endoscopy suites. Patients also benefit from advanced diagnostic capabilities such as a 64-slice CT scanner, digital mammography, bone density testing, ultrasound services, and access to a mobile MRI unit. Additional amenities include a comfortable sleep study lab, an IV infusion therapy room, and fully equipped physical, occupational, and speech therapy programs.
