Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with Sales experience to join our homecare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, required RN & other licenses, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care to our medically complex clients who require skilled or non skilled care.

Sales Responsibilities for our RN/ Sales Liaison:
Research, develop and execute Annual Sales Plans
Develop new referrals and maintain existing one to enhance overall sales
Generate new business from referral sources
Call on referral sources – healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, case managers, etc to educate them on our services in order to generate sales for skilled and unskilled Private Duty Home Care services
Join and attend area networking groups’ events
Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community
Establish and maintain excellent working rapport wit health care professionals and referral sources.
Meet or exceed established sales targets.
Record and report on sales and prepare sales reports.
Participate in Client Visits and Caregiver Introductions.
Assist with Daily Caregiver and Nurse Staffing.
On-Call responsibilities and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Associate’s degree required; B.A. preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the RN field preferred.
Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
Adhere to HIPAA and Maintain Client Confidentiality.
Presents a positive public image
Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.
Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving
Demonstrated working knowledge of health care in home and institutional setting
1+ years home care experience.
Goal oriented. Comfortable with closing/asking for business.
Ability to work with an electronic sales/contacts management software.
Ability to handle confidential information and sign confidentiality agreement.
Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation and insurance.

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
