About the Role: This role owns the full registration and admissions process for a school, from first inquiry through enrollment close, for both new and returning students. The director keeps immunization records and family data accurate and current, and steps in personally when a tuition conversation needs to close before a seat is confirmed.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Registration

• Lead the full student registration and admissions process for new and returning students


• Ensure a seamless, organized, and welcoming registration experience for all families

Records Management

• Manage student immunization records


• Keep the family and student database accurate, complete, and up to date

Family & Tuition Support

• Guide and support families throughout the enrollment process


• Assist with tuition discussions and close families on tuition rates and payment arrangements when necessary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in admissions, registration, enrollment, or a comparable administrative role


• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing detailed records and databases


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive tuition conversations with families


• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently and follow through to completion
