Registration (RV)

Position Summary:

The Registration Representative is responsible for timely and accurate patient registration processes. Interviews patients for all pertinent account information, verifies insurance coverage, establishes need for pre-authorizations and financial counseling, and recovers co-pay, deductible and self pay payments as necessary. Ensures the collection of appropriate signatures for treatment, medical records and insurance processing.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
