Commercial Banker

This position is responsible for developing and expanding client relationships in the Las Vegas market and originating, underwriting and closing profitable commercial loans in the $1MM to $50MM target range, as well as acquiring deposits. Responsible for proactive client portfolio management, exceptional customer service and selling full commercial banking solutions to clients.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have at least ten years of commercial lending experience. Bachelor degree preferred but not required.  The candidate must possess proven strong relationship building, prospecting, loan structuring, underwriting, negotiation, client management and client retention skills. Thorough knowledge of commercial products and services. Extensive knowledge of commercial lending laws, regulations and practices. Experience with treasury management products strongly preferred. Working knowledge of financial statements required.  Strong connections in the Las Vegas market.
