Relationship Representative

RELATIONSHIP REPRESENTATIVE (FULL-TIME) – Fortuna Branch

Redwood Capital Bank is looking for a friendly, service-focused individual to join our team as a Relationship Representative.

In this role, you'll build relationships with customers, open and maintain accounts, assist with digital banking services, and help connect customers with products and services that meet their needs. You'll play an important role in creating a positive banking experience while supporting the success of the branch and our customers.

• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn


• Previous banking, retail, cash handling, or customer service experience preferred


• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
