Reliability Engineer

Qualifications\: 3-5 Recommended

• Education\: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering


• Years of Experience\: 3+ years in a production environment


•  Shainin Red X Apprentice (Required),


• Shainin Red X Journeyman (Preferred)

Responsibilities\: 7-10 Recommended

• Lead problem-solving activities to resolve high impact customer problems, including technical communication with customers (internal and external), conducting root-cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.


• Assist leading the site’s transition to a problem-solving culture by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategic change.


• Lead a cross functional team in applying a structured problem-solving methodology (Shainin, Six Sigma or equivalent).
  Report out to Senior Management on project progress.


• Utilize systematic methods to select and identify high impact projects to achieve business objectives.
