Arconic is currently in search of a Reliability Engineer to join our Tennessee Operations in Alcoa, TN.

The objective of the Reliability Engineering is to work across the Plant and with Arconic’s Corporate group to establish and implement equipment reliability systems and disciplines within a framework of “Reliability Excellence” (REX) program. This includes Maintenance Work Planning, Equipment Bad Actors’ Elimination, Lubrication Excellence and Condition-Based Monitoring.

You have: (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Reliability Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
Minimum 3 years of Manufacturing experience within Maintenance, Engineering, or Reliability functions.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Exceptional Candidates also have: (preferred)
Skilled in data analytics, including collection and deriving data, summarizing, analysis and presentation of data.
Able to work in Team environments, as well as at individual tasks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with various personnel in a variety of settings (shop floor, peers, plant leadership, etc.)
Experienced in Microsoft Office products
