JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Amazon Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations and growth of an established e-commerce business. The role will involve supporting multiple sales channels, managing customer and order-related activities, maintaining product listings, assisting with marketing initiatives, and helping ensure smooth overall e-commerce operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Case Management


• Sponsored Ads using Helium 10 and Amazon Seller Central


• Email Marketing


• Creating Images for Email Marketing


• Setting Up and Updating Shopify Pages


• Creating Discounts and Promotions

Primary Marketplace: Amazon US

Other E-commerce Platforms:

• Walmart


• Etsy


• eBay


• Shopify

LINE OF BUSINESS (LOB)

• Focus: Advanced Operations, Profitability Tracking, and Brand Growth.


• Specialization: High-level maintenance of Private Label accounts with a dual focus on logistics and digital marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS

•  


• Proven Experience: At least 1 year proven experience as an Amazon VA with a heavy focus on backend operations and data management.


• Technical Stack: Proficient in Sellerise, Shipstation, and Amazon Seller Central.


• Data Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel (must be comfortable with formulas for profit tracking).


• Creative Skills: Experience in basic graphic design and content scheduling for social media.


• English Fluency: Excellent written English for professional customer communication and feedback de-escalation.


• Reliability: Ability to work independently, meet daily reporting deadlines, and maintain focus during graveyard shifts.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

• Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent.


• RAM: 8 GB or higher.


• Storage: Minimum of 112 GB.


• Internet Speed: At least 20 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.

Backup Device:

• Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent.


• RAM: Minimum 4 GB.


• Storage: Minimum of 112 GB.


• Internet Speed: At least 10 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
