  • Collaborate with the client's internal team to improve workflows and visualization processes.

  • Ensure all deliverables are well organized, accurate, and completed on schedule.

  • Eventually support the creation of a digital database of home models and finish options for future client presentations.

What you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in architecture.

  • Proven experience as an Architect, Architectural 3D Modeler, or similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino.

  • Experience working on luxury residential projects and producing detailed interior documentation.

  • A strong understanding of residential construction, US construction standards, and the imperial system.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines.

  • An advanced English level.

  • High level of autonomy and strong self-management skills.

A great plus:

  • Experience with rendering and visualization tools such as Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or V-Ray.

  • Experience creating reusable Revit families or SketchUp components.

  • Familiarity with quantity takeoff and material estimating processes.

  • Previous experience working with US-based custom home builders or architecture firms.
