Architectural Revit Modeler (Full-Time, Idaho)

We are looking for a talented Architectural Revit Modeler to collaborate remotely with our Idaho-based client on commercial projects. Senior staff will continue leading the design process, while you focus on developing high-quality construction documentation in Revit and supporting production throughout every stage of the project. What you'll do:

  Develop complete DD–CD sets of plans, including floor plans, code plans, reflected ceiling plans, sections, and elevations, based on the firm's design intent.

  
  


• 
  

  Take direction from senior staff and translate sketches, markups, and design intent into detailed construction documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain Revit models throughout the project lifecycle, generating plans, sections, elevations, and construction details from the BIM model and keeping it continuously updated as design changes occur.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare permit sets to present to local authorities and complete CD sets for general contractors.

  
  


• 
  

  Pick up and implement redlines efficiently across DD and CD stages.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop highly detailed architectural drawings, including construction details, wall sections, building sections, roof and window details, and interior detailing.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate production drawings and maintain consistency in sheet setup, view templates, and annotation across the set.

  
  


• 
  

  Help create and organize a reusable library of Revit families and details to improve office efficiency.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate actively in the team's daily workflow, collaborating closely with senior staff and supporting multiple commercial projects simultaneously.

  
  

What you must have:

• 
  

  A bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  3+ years of experience as an Architectural Revit Modeler, drafter, or production architect.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong proficiency in Revit, with the ability to build and maintain BIM models.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience producing Construction Documents for US commercial projects.

  
  


• 
  

  A strong understanding of commercial construction, US construction standards, building codes, and the imperial system.

  
  


• 
  

  The ability to develop highly detailed production drawings and an excellent grasp of construction detailing.

  
  


• 
  

  The ability to receive and act on direction from more senior staff while owning your own deliverables.

  
  


• 
  

  An advanced English level.

  
  


• 
  

  High level of autonomy, strong self-management skills, and attention to detail.

  
  

A great plus:

• 
  

  Experience working with US architecture firms or general contractors.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience creating Revit families and templates.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with Navisworks or BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud for coordination.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience coordinating with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
