What you'll do:
Own the architectural Revit model end to end, maintaining its accuracy, organization, and integrity throughout the project.
Coordinate the architectural model with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, identifying and resolving conflicts early.
Leverage Revit efficiently to generate cohesive, well-coordinated sets of architectural construction documents.
Develop complete CD sets, including floor plans, code plans, reflected ceiling plans, building and wall sections, and details.
Set up and maintain model standards, worksets, view templates, and sheet organization to keep documentation consistent.
Incorporate and resolve redlines from the project team.
Support DD stages with modeling and design coordination, and prepare permit sets for submission to local authorities.
Help organize and build a library of reusable Revit families and components to improve office efficiency.
Collaborate with the client's internal team to improve workflows and BIM processes.
Ensure all deliverables are well organized, accurate, and completed on schedule.
What you must have:
A bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural production.
Very strong proficiency in Revit.
Proven experience owning an architectural Revit model and coordinating it with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
Experience producing complete, cohesive sets of architectural construction documents in Revit.
Solid experience working on commercial projects.
A strong understanding of US construction standards, commercial building codes, and the imperial system.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines.
An advanced English level.
High level of autonomy and strong self-management skills.
A great plus:
Experience with clash detection and coordination tools such as Navisworks or BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Experience creating reusable Revit families and building or maintaining company templates and standards.
Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of other modelers.
Previous experience working with US-based architecture firms or general contractors.
