Associate Director, Protein Sciences

Job Title - Associate Director - Director, Scientific Advisor, Protein Sciences 

Work Location - Remote/Based in Greater Boston MA area

Job Responsibilities

• Engage in consultative technical discussions with clients and ensure timely, effective communication with the WuXi Biologics technical team to drive project success and maintain high client satisfaction. 


• Build and maintain a strong customer network to support long‑term growth.


• Contribute to technical development initiatives, including process improvements and new platform development. 


• Partner with marketing to shape strategy and execute sales/marketing events.

Qualifications 

• Doctor degree in biology or related field


• 10+ years of hands-on experience in protein sciences, with deep expertise in the design of bispecific and multispecific antibodies, along with comprehensive knowledge of protein characterization, antibody engineering, and developability.


• Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English.


• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and matrix structure

The anticipated pay range for this position is $120,000 - $200,000
