Associate Managed Services Consultant

Description

We are seeking an innovative Associate Managed Services Consultant to join our Technical Consulting team and experience a rewarding learning and professional development path within our organization.  In this role, you will report to the Director of Managed Services and join the front lines supporting our clients in the managed services field. This early-career position is designed to offer an enriching experience where you can leverage your technical expertise while immersing yourself in IT service management. You will have the opportunity to gain a profound understanding of the essential components within the Microsoft 365 stack, enhance your skills through engaging projects, observe and learn from customer engagements, and actively contribute to internal processes and technical advancements.  

Responsibilities

• Participate in identifying, creating, and executing IT strategies and support for our Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB customers. 
• Provide technical support for various IT systems, including Office 365, Windows Tune, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Lync, Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows Desktop, MS System Center Suite, and other general IT infrastructure – SAN storage, networking, etc. 
• Provide second and third-level user support. We outsource level-one end-user support. 
• Provides day-to-day technical, project, and process support and expertise to the client team 
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures, configurations, and client interactions. 
• Assist with the delivery of deployment and migration projects  
• Interface with Clients in a presales capacity to find opportunities and scope projects  
• Provide vital customer service while working with Clients on-site or remote  
• Find opportunities to drive additional value to our clients while working with them 

Requirements

• High school diploma 
• 2+ years of experience with Office 365, Windows PowerShell, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Intune  
• Ability to establish and nurture internal solid and client-driven relationships and work seamlessly within a collaborative environment
