The Associate, Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a remote role with geographical competence for the Americas and plays a pivotal role in advancing scientific and clinical understanding of CooperSurgical Ob/gyn medical devices. This position requires a strong background in both clinical and research, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
The Associate, MSL will serve as a subject matter expert in obstetrics and gynecology, providing scientific support, fostering relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), leading research initiatives, attending and supporting relevant conferences, and delivering educational support.
Adhere to corporate compliance in all activities, including those related to scientific interactions with internal and external groups.
Research:
Provide scientific input and guidance on study design, protocol development, data interpretation, and publication strategy.
KOL Development:
Maintain up-to-date and accurate reporting and documentation of MSL activities.
Subject Matter Expertise:
Work to answer all medical information requests
Medical Information Management:
Travel:
Up to 50% of time for meetings and conferences
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment:
National, regional and international travel
Experience:
Preferred: 2-3 years of Medical Science Liaison or equivalent experience
Education:
Required: Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline required, terminal degree (PhD, DNP) preferred.

The good faith estimate of the salary range for this role is $150,000 to $155,000. The actual amount offered is determined by a number of factors including but not limited to location, skills and experience.
