What you'll do:

  Develop full SD–CD drawing sets for residential single-family projects, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.

  
  


• 
  

  Produce 3D models and quick renderings at SD and DD phases to support design communication.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare permit sets for local authority submissions and construction documents for general contractor coordination.

  
  


• 
  

  Apply your knowledge of Northern California vegetation and local planting conditions to deliver grounded, site-appropriate designs.

  
  

What you must have:

• 
  

  A degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  5+ years of relevant drafting/design experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Expert-level AutoCAD drafting skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience with residential single-family projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong familiarity with Northern California vegetation, planting conditions, and local design standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Advanced English communication skills.

  
  

A great plus:

• 
  

  Experience working with US-based architecture or landscape firms.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Revit.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with standard landscape architecture documentation across SD, DD, and CD phases.
