Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Nova Supports, a quality provider of ABA services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who values flexibility, growth, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with autism. Your caseload will be small (100 monthly billable hours). Hours are flexible, with hours being worked at our clinics, in the client's home, and from your own house.

Compensation is salaried at $85,000 - $94,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide intensive ABA therapy with a low caseload.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing treatment plans and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and write detailed treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Coordinate with families to provide training, support, and updates on client progress.
• Schedule and manage RBTs’ hours to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, assessments, and progress reports.
• Use company-provided MacBook and phone (or stipend) for work tasks.

Requirements:

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Utah.
• At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA supervising RBTs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Must pass a background check.
