We are expanding nationwide and seeking a Business Development Consultant – Recruitment Partnerships to acquire new clients, build strategic relationships, and drive growth. This commission‑only role is ideal for a driven, relationship‑focused professional who thrives in a performance‑based environment and excels at converting opportunities into long‑term clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of high‑value clients


• Identify and convert new business opportunities


• Conduct outreach and present FenixHire’s recruitment solutions


• Strengthen brand presence across multiple industries


• Partner with internal recruiters to support successful placements


• Provide insights on hiring trends, compensation, and market demand


• Represent FenixHire with professionalism, urgency, and confidence

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, account management, or staffing/recruitment


• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills


• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets


• Skilled in outreach, negotiation, and closing deals


• Organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple pipelines


• Thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment

Compensation — Commission Only

• Unlimited commission potential


• Bi‑annual performance bonuses


• Recommended earnings range: $75,000 – $165,000+ annually (based on performance)


• Fully remote with flexible schedule
