Orange County based defense firm has an opening for a defense attorney to join our team, for appearances in Southern California.

Candidate must be a member of the CA State Bar in good standing. Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a defense attorney, be able to communicate effectively, be a self-starter, and comfortable working an active caseload from inception to resolution. Self-insured and public entity experience is a plus.

We offer very reasonable billable hours and caseload, paperless environment, an excellent salary with bonus opportunity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and an outstanding support staff. Salary commensurate with experience.

Brian T. Riley
Mr. Riley is a certified specialist in CA Workers' Compensation law, with 34 years of industry experience both as an insurance professional and attorney. Prior to founding the firm, he served as a senior partner in a large multi-office defense firm, in addition to prior experience as a claims examiner for several large insurance carriers.
