The Chore Service Specialist at Phoenix Pro Management is responsible for performing specialized cleaning and environmental restoration services in residential settings, often under sensitive and high-risk conditions. This role requires experience in biohazard remediation and hoarding environments, combined with a high level of empathy, professionalism, and respect for clients. The Chore Service Specialist plays a critical role in restoring safe, livable conditions while supporting individuals with compassion and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
Specialized Cleaning Services: Perform deep cleaning and sanitation in challenging environments, including hoarding situations, biohazard conditions, and other high-risk residential settings.
Biohazard Remediation: Safely handle and dispose of hazardous materials in compliance with all safety regulations and company protocols.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients in a compassionate, respectful, and non-judgmental manner, recognizing the sensitive nature of the work.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety standards, including use of PPE, infection control procedures, and environmental safety protocols.
Assessment & Reporting: Identify site conditions, document before-and-after states, and communicate findings to internal teams.
Escalation Management: Recognize and appropriately escalate complex or unsafe situations, including health risks, structural concerns, or client-related issues.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with project coordinators and leadership to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes.
Efficiency & Execution: Complete assignments in a timely and thorough manner while maintaining high standards of quality and care.
Qualifications:
Experience in biohazard cleaning, environmental remediation, or similar field (required). · Experience working in hoarding or extreme cleaning conditions (preferred). · CPR Certification (required). · Biohazard Certification (required). · Ability to pass Level 2 Background Screening (required). · Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate sensitive situations. · Demonstrated empathy, patience, and professionalism in client-facing environments. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Physically capable of performing demanding cleaning tasks in challenging environments.
