Requirements
5+ years as Copywriter at a pharma ad agency
Experience writing IVAâs and collateral pharma marketing communication materials and has done some concepting for campaigns
Serve as lead Copywriter for assigned brands that are directed primarily at payer formulary decision-makers and the pharmaceutical/biotech company Account
Directors who engage with them
Ability to organize and interpret data pertaining to health economic strategies, pharmaceutical products, and disease states
Present work internally and to clients
Prepare materials for client copy approval submissions, referencing and
annotating text according to client-specific style/guidelines
Work cross-functionally to research, craft, and refine messaging targeted to specific audiences
Provide copy support on other brands as needed
Develop creative concepts and headlines for promotional campaigns
Assume personal responsibility for quality, accuracy, and for meeting deadlines
Referencing and annotating text according to AMA style and/or medicallegal-regulatory direction
Organizes and distills information from multiple sources
Maintain awareness of current industry practices and regulatory requirements that affect medical content and copy
Meticulous attention to detail
Creative thinking
Accountability, positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of team
Prepare materials for client copy approval submissions
Writes logically, clearly, grammatically, and creatively
Speaks articulately and persuasively
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Educational background: bachelorâs or masterâs degree
Candidates must possess US work authorization
Remote work options/occasional travel for clients may be required
