JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat or email. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, process orders, and manage customer accounts efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional tone in every written interaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively through live chat and email.


• Quality Writing: Write clear and error-free responses that follow brand tone and response-time standards.


• Product Knowledge: Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products and services.


• Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.


• Account Management: Maintain and update customer accounts to ensure accurate information.


• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide timely solutions.


• Ticketing System Proficiency: Utilize ticketing software to track and manage customer interactions effectively.


• Policy Adherence: Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.


• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

• Customer Service Virtual Assistance, focused on providing comprehensive support and resolution for client customer inquiries through chat or email.


• Specialized in (e.g., Chat Support, Email Support, Product/Service Information, Order & Account Management, Issue Resolution, Ticketing System Utilization)

• High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.


• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service handling role via chat or email.


• Excellent spoken and written English with strong grammar and a fast, accurate typing speed.


• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.


• Comfortable using ticketing software,


• Ability to effectively resolve customer issues and provide solutions.


• Excellent time management and organizational skills.


• Positive and customer-oriented attitude.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• With good character and willing to work on a graveyard shift is a plus.


• Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes.


• Available for part-time or full-time work.
