Data Processing clerk

AV Prada is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Processing Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with large volumes of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, verify, and update data in company databases and systems
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Generate reports and summaries based on processed data
• Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve discrepancies
• Follow company procedures and data management standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative roles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data management systems
• Good typing speed and computer literacy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
