Remote Destination Planning Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Cruise Planning Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others plan relaxing and memorable cruises and vacations. You will work in a fully remote environment, assisting clients and supporting our travel team with planning and coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Research cruise destinations, itineraries, and onboard experiences based on client preferences.

• Assist with travel arrangements, including accommodations, excursions, and pre- or post-cruise stays.

• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients to ensure their travel needs are met.

• Maintain organized and accurate booking records.

• Provide ongoing client support before, during, and after travel.

• Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.

• Friendly and professional attitude with a passion for travel.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but 

  not required.
