Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
  

• 6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year on-site
  experience
  

• Strong verbal communication skills
  

• Comfortable navigating systems while speaking
  

• Dedicated, quiet home workspace
  

• Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum; 16GB
  recommended)
  
• USB headset with noise cancellation
  
• Wired high-speed internet (WiFi-only not
  permitted)
  
• Dual monitors recommended
  
• No MacBooks or Chromebooks
