In this pivotal role within our Original Programming division, you’ll drive the creation of premium original content for iconic brands like Us Weekly and Woman’s World—serving millions of passionate, engaged audiences across digital and emerging platforms.

We’re seeking a creative visionary and hands-on producer who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and the excitement of building what’s next. You’ll work cross-functionally with editorial, marketing, and monetization teams, as well as external partners, to develop and deliver standout programming that captures cultural trends and audience imagination. Your ability to spot compelling stories, shape new formats, and lead projects from concept to screen will be central to our mission.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the development and execution of original programming for Us Weekly, Woman’s World, and related brands


• Identify and develop culturally relevant stories, formats, and talent


• Oversee production from pre- to post, managing budgets, schedules, and freelance teams


• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and sales to maximize reach and revenue opportunities


• Harness AI and automation ethically to enhance content creation and audience engagement
