As a Field Service Manager - East Coast, your mission is to manage all aspects of Field Service support within North America. This includes operation and maintenance of all Atlas Copco Vacuum's equipment, product delivery, installation, and preventative maintenance support in line with customer agreements and expectations. You will report to the Regional Operations Manager.
You will
Manage Field Service safety with improvement plans and customer program participation.
Manage supply scope per contract and additional chargeable services.
Staff North America with personnel to meet commitments.
Manage contract profitability to meet or exceed Field Service Revenue budgets.
Identify and report customer value activities beyond contract terms.
Monitor customer site performance
Assist in negotiating and developing Service contracts.
Organize work schedules
Manage inventory to prevent financial losses.

You have 3-5 years of experience, working as a field service manager or service manager
This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere in our western territory within the United States (FL, MS, AL, GA, SC, TN, NC, VA, WV, PA, NY, VT, CT, MA, RI, ME) . We value results over location and provide the tools and support you need to succeed from any location.
