Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Finance Team Member (Financial Manager track) to support financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting activities across several business units. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building reports, and contributing to business strategy through financial insights.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze performance, identify trends, and support planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial statements and evaluate business performance across multiple entities
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and related tools
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including 12–24 month projections
Perform variance analysis and explain differences between actual and planned results
Respond to management requests with timely and accurate financial data
Assist in developing financial models to support decision-making
Collaborate with internal teams to support planning and operational decisions
Manage high-priority, time-sensitive financial requests in a fast-paced environment
Skills Required
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Clear and effective communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Collaboration and teamwork mindset
Interest in using AI tools to improve workflows
Knowledge Required
Understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
Familiarity with financial analysis techniques such as trend and variance analysis
Basic understanding of business operations and performance metrics
Awareness of data visualization and reporting best practices
Ability to Implement Skills and Knowledge
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
Build and maintain accurate financial models and reports
Identify issues and recommend practical solutions
Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in time-sensitive situations
Communicate findings effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
Continuously improve reporting processes and workflows
Qualifications (Preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or related field
0–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis
